Simon’s experience and expertise has been gained in large corporate and commercial banking, holding positions in Barclays and Anglo Irish Bank, amongst others. He has achieved an eclectic mix of skills from providing working capital to SMEs, financing football player transfers, underwriting multi-asset based lending and trade finance lines, to structuring off balance sheet solutions for household names. Motivated, multi-skilled, and entrepreneurial, Simon focuses on sustainable business models producing strong returns whilst maintaining acceptable levels of risk.
Living and working in São Paulo, with immense expertise in Marketing Sales, Luciano is a business consultant, public speaker and entrepreneur, with a vast success story of building client-focused relationships. Luciano’s resumé includes 25 years of extensive experience in Project Development in several fields such as power, renewable energy to industrial plants, Agro businesses, Mining and infrastructures.

Miguel graduated in Business Administration and has, under his belt, over 35 years of experience in foreign exchange, structured and trade finance transactions.
Miguel has developed his career in international banks such as Lloyds Bank PLC and Deutsche Bank as well as Private Advisory for Bank Boston, ABN-Amro and CESCE- Brazil (shareholders CESCE, Santander, BBVA and Munich Re).
He is currently a partner at FX Partners and SR Partners in São Paulo – Brazil and Advisory Board Member at the Global Chamber Chapter Joinville – Santa Catarina – Brazil.
Stephen has almost 50 years’ experience in international trade finance having worked for major international banks including BNP, LloydsTSB and Hill Samuel Merchant Bank, London. This has embraced letters of credit, documentary collections but mostly open account credit insured receivables and the commodities sector.
Catarina Duarte, with 20 years of experience in the job market, is currently Head of Finance Coordinator at Savel Capital Partners, completed her studies in the sciences field, but chose to follow a challenging and distinctive professional path.
With a wealth of experience acquired at companies such as FNAC, Infocapital S.A. and Efisa Warburg Bank, Catarina developed a strong affinity with customer service, an area she deeply values.
She graduated in English from the Wall Street Institute, and stands out for her adaptability and commitment to operational excellence, especially in coordinating operations between Brazil and Europe.
Evilásio Jr. is a high-level entrepreneur and business leader with over 15 years of experience in the legal and financial sectors. He currently serves as Operations Manager in Brazil for Savel Capital Partners and as Head of Relationship Management at Inteligência Comercial.
With a solid expertise in sales, business management, and strategic development, Evilásio stands out for his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive business success in highly competitive markets. His strategic vision and results-driven approach have made him a key figure in the industry, consistently fostering sustainable growth for the companies he is involved with.

Júlia Fonseca e Costa holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from ISCTE and a Leading with Finance course from Harvard Business School Online, standing out for her solid background in finance and business management. During her career, Júlia has gained experience in different areas, most notably her summer internship at EDP Comercial, where she worked in the Digital Transformation and Efficiency area, focusing on process optimization and the adoption of new technologies in the corporate environment.
Previously, Júlia collaborated with the Portuguese Zoophile Association (AZP), offering customer support, and carried out an internship at Boyden Portugal, where she worked as a Marketing Assistant, developing strategic and operational skills.
Her knowledge of Digital Marketing, acquired through a professional course at the World Academy, complements her strategic vision, allowing her to integrate digital solutions into the financial sector effectively.
